When you’re putting 50 year decking on a deck, you want the framing to last as long as well. We gave the old footprint a few tweaks and gave the Otto’s almost 700 sf of living space which is expanded by another 425+ sf of covered patio underneath the deck.
The Decking is TimberTech Advanced PVC in Vintage Coastline with English Walnut Accent. The Rails are TimberTech Classic Composite with English Walnut Drink Rail Cap and the under-deck drainage is TimberTech DrySpace.
