We don’t work much in the City of Seattle because Permits can take a couple of years.  This was the case of this West Seattle home.  Though initially planned for an expansion, we ended up Resurfacing the existing while innovating!!!

This is the FIRST deck to use Wild Hog Hogwire Rail Infill on TimberTech Classic Composite Rails (Two-Toned at that).  It’s the FIRST Classic Composite Rail System to have a “Drink Rail” on what was essentially a Glass Panel Infill which is essentially impossible.  This was also the first time that we know of that a privacy screen was built out of Classic Composite 8 foot Sleeves, Stained Cedar Screen Framing and Barrette Outdoor Living Privacy 2×4 Decorative Screens.

The Decking is Azek Vintage Coastline and Dark Hickory, but the house was sold before we could come back for pix.
