The Brewer’s had an old 2 level cedar deck that was not only dangerous but did nothing to compliment the yard and covered the septic tank. Simpler was better for them. We took the old deck out, replaced some rotted siding, and built them a 230 sf deck with TimberTech Advanced PVC in Vintage Coastline with Dark Hickory accent, TimberTech Impression Rail Express aluminum rails with Dark Hickory Drink Rail Cap and made sure the post and beams were almost to the rim so that DrySpace could be installed later to give them the most space underneath the deck.
